Day 7 - The Beehive

Today was another epic day of walking. The sun was shining and it wasn't windy. We walked down to the beehive (which was a really long way) and had a look around. We got to go to Damien O'Connor's office (he wasn't there though).

After that we had lunch under a really big tree and then went to the cable car for a ride to the top and down again.

On the way back to Pastor Jim's place, we stopped off at the national war memorial and the great war museum.

We rested awhile and played some jenga and then got in the car for a drive up to the top of the cablecar, this time to go to the space place (the observatory and planetarium). We watched a movie about exploring space for life on other planets and watched a planetarium display where constelations were pointed out in the sky.

We went out for dinner on the waterfront and afterwards went for a drive up Mount Victoria.
